Well, I am not a health expert. I know that all you hear about today on the TV/Cable is the benefits of BEETS. So, I started taking these Beet Root Capsules - Beetroot Powder Supports Natural Performance and Energy, Digestive, Immune System - 1300mg Per Serving, Non-GMO & Gluten Free - 120 Organic Beetroot Powder Extract Capsulesese, so I can attempt to be healthy. This brand is a good buy, it's going for around $22.00 for a 2 month supply(120pills 2a day). That is about 1/2 the price of the stuff you see on the TV. And it is not old stock stuff, the bottle I got has a shelf life of 01 of 2023. I have been taking a beet supplement for over 2 months, easy to swallow, no bad taste, and have found, for me, it has helped

I am at the age where so far no memory or apparent brain dysfunction, but I want to keep it that way. I don't know if anything can help that, but this product states it helps with focus. This formula states it can help with memory, focus, mental clarity, alertness, mood, and possibly physical energy. Who couldn't use help in at least some of those areas?!This product contains 40 different ingredients including lower doses of some of the vitamins that might be included in a daily vitamin. It also includes green tea extract, DMAE bitartrate, L-glutamine HCL, glutamic acid, phosphatidyl serine, GABA, grape seed extract, and many others. All of these are quite well known for helping the brain to function well.I like that this supplement is all natural, vegan, gluten-free, and non-GMO. It is also made in the USA. Of course, as with most supplements, the results are not immediate. I like to give supplements at least a month or two to judge fairly whether or not it seems to be having any effect on me. Fortunately, this product gives an entire two-month supply! I also like knowing that this product is fresh, as my bottle has an expiration date of 5/23.Based on the quality of the ingredients in Neuro Plus, I will start out by calling it a 5 star product. As I finish my first bottle at the end of two months, if I notice any difference (positive or negative), I will be back to update my review. Fingers crossed!

This blends well in my coffee and other drinks.

I'm on an Atkins/keto diet, so I try to avoid carbs, and this suppliment is meant to boost ketosis and "support metabolism". When it comes to suppliments, it's usually hard to tell if they are working, but I've taken another brand, and the diet is working! Because it's a high protien/low carb diet, it's important to have an active metabolism, too, to burn off the calories from the fats. The idea is that if you consume very little carbs, then without sugars and starches, which the body uses first, your body will metabolize the much more nutricious, and important protiens. These capsules contain calcium, magnesium, and a bit of sodium, which are all important minerals, and the magnesium in particular can be lacking in a keto diet, as can calcium if you aren't eating enough dairy or greens. You can take these up to 3 times a day, before meals. Sounds good to me! They are average size, no smell or taste.

I love this immunity supplement! It arrived quickly and well packaged. The capsules are standard sized capsules and easy to swallow. There is no discernible taste or odor. I haven’t noticed any negative side effects.
